Penthouse on two levels of 150 m² on the 3rd and top floor of a building located in the heart of the historic center. Spacious, bright and very quiet in a unique position in the pedestrian area 300 meters from the lake. The accommodation has one of the very rare terraces on the roofs of the ancient village of Riva del Garda.
The three rooms: On the second level there is the master double bed 200×200, on the first level a double bed 180×200, and a 140×200 which serves as small double or a big single.
The apartment is located in the historic center closed to traffic. You can drive up to 100 meters from the accommodation.
Bicycles can be parked in the enclosed courtyard.
We do not have a dedicated parking space for this apartment. If you need a parking space, you can still tell us. If we have a parking space of another entity free, we can rent if for a convinient price.
