Sending a request, the form you send us is a request for your stay at our facilities, not a direct booking. Requests for stay are not binding to any payment.

Booking confirmation, we inspect the requests we receive within a few days and respond by email to confirm the stay. In the event that we are unable to accept the dates you requested, we will always notify you by e-mail.

Payment, if we accept the request, we provide you with a link for payment or an invoice if you have chosen the transfer, when we receive payment the property will actually be reserved. We rely on Stripe’s Pay-by-link service to process payments by offering cards as a payment method. The reservation is void if we do not receive payment within 5 days of sending the confirmation of stay.

Right of withdrawal and refunds, In all cases from the refund we will subtract the payment processing fees;

up to 15 days before your check-in you are entitled to receive 100% of the refund subtracting the payment processing fees. From the 14th to the 8th day before your check-in, only 70% will be refunded subtracting the payment processing fees, and from the 7th day 50% subtracting the payment processing fees.

Check-in, takes place after 16:00 exceptions subject to communication and confirmation of feasibility, to organize the check-in we rely on the Whatsapp channel for written communications, we also receive calls to the same number. The check-in process varies depending on whether you have reserved a parking space or not. We will provide you with instructions via Whatsapp or by phone on the day of your arrival.

Check-out, the apartments must be vacated by 10.00 to allow us to clean and arrange the houses.
